Where Has Fiona Been? A Little Life Update

Hello friends!

If you’ve been wondering why things have been quiet here these past few months, Fiona and I wanted to pop in with a quick update. The short answer is: life has been full—in the best possible ways.

By day, I’m a delivery program manager for a technology company, and the past season has been an especially busy one. It’s work I enjoy, but it has kept me on my toes and away from writing more than I’d like.

During my off-hours, I’ve been pouring energy into building my side business, Blazing Edge Studios. Many of you already know about it—laser engraving, custom gifts, and creative projects galore. It’s been exciting to watch it grow, and I’m shaping it into a retirement business for the future. (Fiona approves of anything handmade!)

And as if that weren’t enough creative joy, I’m currently working on two book projects:

• Collaborating with my sister on Edward’s Lost Shoe, a charming story about what happens when a little boy named Edward loses a shoe on vacation—and the adventure that follows. It’s been wonderful bringing this one to life as a family project.

So while Fiona hasn’t been in the spotlight lately, she hasn’t been forgotten. More stories, updates, and fun are on the way. Thank you for sticking with us and for cheering on all these creative adventures.
